Maketis is pleased to announce a major evolution in its module range with the arrival of new 11 cm deep extensions available in four lengths (MOD62000: 118 cm, MOD62100: 88.5 cm, MOD62200: 59 cm, MOD62300: 29.5 cm)! Imagine expanding your railway network without constraints, increasing both depth and length without modifying your existing modules. That is exactly what the new Maketis Easy Module extensions allow. With just an additional 11 cm, they offer unprecedented flexibility to adapt your layout to your needs.

Enhanced flexibility

Until now, the Maketis Easy Module range offered four module lengths (118 cm, 88.5 cm, 59 cm, and 29.5 cm) and two depths (59 cm and 29.5 cm). With these new 11 cm extensions, each length and depth now has a new version, doubling the configuration possibilities. This results in four new lengths (130, 100, 70, and 40 cm) and two new depths (70 and 40 cm). Your layout adapts to your needs, not the other way around!

Simple and efficient installation

Expanding your layout has never been easier. No need to modify your existing modules: the extensions attach directly to Easy Modules using the included connection kit. They are not equipped with a leg system and rely on the structure of the module they are connected to. Assembly is quick, precise, and ensures perfect visual and structural continuity.

Modularity tailored to your needs

Easy Module extensions are not modular on all sides like standard modules. However, they can be connected to each other to gain an additional 22 cm in depth, providing even more layout possibilities and flexibility for modelers looking to maximize available space.

When working on their projects, many modelers request greater depth for their layouts: passing stations with multiple track yards, wider curves for increased realism, or larger staging areas to store more rolling stock.
