Shipping your parcel

Parcels are usually shipped within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment (excluding weekends, Mondays and public holidays).

You can also collect your orders free of charge from our premises at 1 Avenue de Verdun 77610 FONTENAY-TRESIGNY. (Select "Pickup from our premises" and wait for the email notification that your order is ready.)

We offer several shipping methods depending on the customer’s choice and destination (Metropolitan France, Europe or the rest of the world):

For Metropolitan France:

Home delivery with GLS, against signature. Typical delivery time: 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified by email and SMS, with the option to change the address or delivery date the day before. GPS tracking is available on your mobile on the day of delivery. If the recipient has agreed to delivery without signature (deposit of the parcel at the designated location in their absence), by any means including SMS, they assume full responsibility and risk.

Delivery to a GLS Pickup Point. Typical delivery time: 24 to 48 hours at one of your selected GLS Points. You will be notified by email and SMS when the parcel arrives.

Secure delivery by La Poste via “Colissimo, signed for on delivery”. Once the parcel has been prepared, it will be delivered and signed for within approximately 48 hours. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Within 15 days, you can collect your parcel at your nearest post office with ID. You will be required to sign the delivery proof. For small parcels, tracked letter delivery.

For European Union countries:

Home delivery with GLS, against signature. Typical delivery time: 24 to 48 hours for Benelux, and 2 to 6 days for other countries. You will be notified by email and SMS, with the option to change address or date the day before. GPS tracking available on mobile on delivery day. If the recipient has agreed to delivery without signature (deposit of the parcel at the designated place in their absence), by any means including SMS, they assume full responsibility and risk.

For European countries outside the European Union:

Home delivery with Colissimo International, against signature. Customs duties and VAT may apply upon receipt of the parcel.

Shipping rates:

Shipping fees include preparation, packaging and postage costs.
Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel.
We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

Free shipping:

Shipments for private customers in Metropolitan France benefit from free shipping from €120 incl. tax (excluding shipping costs). Deliveries are then handled by our carrier GLS under the same conditions.
