Vintage concrete posts (4-sided cap) H0 Decapod 4401

Concrete posts are very common in the railway environment and meet many needs. Their main application is for signage, but they are also used to support electrical equipment, telephones, street lamps and even clocks!

The SNCF unified model exists in 4 lengths (3m, 3m50, 5m and 5m50) and 3 construction variants that have succeeded one another over time. For some years now, it has been produced in the form of a plastic tube!

These models reproduce an old version, still common nowadays, and characterised by its 4-sided cap. They are made of very finely moulded white metal from master models that are perfectly to scale.

Being completely reproduced, including in their lower parts, they can also be used to furnish a fleet of equipment or make up a wagon load.
