This reference includes 350 straps that will allow you to fit 175 crossbars, bearing in mind that both ends must be strapped. It is best to chemically brown the entire plate (for example with reference DP9221) to obtain a base colour and make it easier for the rust coloured paint to adhere.
The collar can then be placed by forming directly on the crossbar about 1 mm from the end: a small spot of glue on the sides will be sufficient to hold it in place before ballasting operations.
