The motor's modified mechanical gear transmission increases power and slows down travel speed. The point machine is suitable for larger measuring devices.

It has two independent switching contacts with 1A capacity.

Two-wire circuit - position control by supply polarity (as with the Tortoise motor), after reaching the final position the motor switches off (final circuit). Three-wire connection possible - like MP1 or electromagnetic drives.

The motor can be supplied with DC (9-15V) or AC (12-16V) voltage, consuming approximately 150 mA during movement. The mechanism includes limit switches, and the power supply, which can be maintained permanently, is disconnected automatically when the stop position is reached.

The MP10 is compatible with standard DCC accessory decoders such as Digikeijs, Roco, ESU, LENZ etc.
The MP10 includes two 1 A changeover auxiliary contacts protected by a resettable 0.5 A fuse.
These contacts can be used for position monitoring, signal control or to power the needle core.
