These small battery boxes are used to power signals, level crossing gates, etc., etc... They are generally found in the company of power supply cabinets, gatehouses, etc... They were found in large numbers from the 1970's onwards, their approval dating back to March 1971 according to our information. Decorating tip: the pieces are normally perfectly clean when you take them out of their bag. You can nevertheless degrease them but we advise you to prime them before painting, especially if you use water-based acrylic paints.
