Avec le lancement réussi de "Coop-Rail" le 2 octobre 2021, Railcare a repris chaque année 30 000 envois de CFF Cargo, soit un poids net de 335 000 tonnes. Pour faire face à ce volume supplémentaire, ils ont repris temporairement 150 wagons de type Hbbillns et Hbbillnss de CFF Cargo.
Tous les wagons ont été pourvus des deux côtés d'autocollants "RailCare" et d'un code-barres pour une location limitée à environ 18 mois.
La plupart du temps les wagons ont été utilisés dans des trains bloc par RailCare sur les lignes Wangen bei Olten (SO) ou Hunzenschwil (AG) vers Niederbottigen (BE), Brigue (VS) ou Gossau (SG) et aussi d'autres destinations. Les trains se composaient de trois à 22 voitures fidèles aux originaux.
