Resin kit to make two single neck water cranes (Aubagne) in HO scale (1/87).
The hydraulic crane is ubiquitous in stations at the end of platforms or in steam depots, where it is used to supply water to the boilers of the engines.
The filling is done by means of the crane's articulated arm, which stands perpendicular to the track above and plumb to the tender's water boxes.
The real models we propose were in Aubagne station until then, present in 1993, and in the depot of Miramas, where the metric survey was made, still visible nowadays.
The kit contains:
2 cranes with base and drums, all in resin, and a brass photoetch board for small details.
