Reservations

Every year new locomotives are announced in the catalogues of the various manufacturers, Maketis then makes a selection and orders several models in order to offer you more choice and meet your preferences, but very often this selection remains invisible to you.


Today's model train market is based on limited production quantities, often with no possibility of further orders, which makes it difficult to acquire your favourite locomotives.


In order to overcome these two difficulties, Maketis offers you its "Reservations" service, limited for the moment to locomotives in N (1/160), HO (1/87) and O (1/43.5) scales.


Here is our booking principle:


- Among the choice presented on our site, create an order including only one product in reservation, you will have then a deposit of 30 Euros to pay to validate the order


- We indicate in the product sheet the number of locomotives remaining available according to the quantities we have ordered as well as the definitive selling price foreseen by the manufacturer (be careful, this may be subject to variations according to economic events)


- As soon as we receive the locomotive, we will inform you and you can pay the balance of your order with our usual means of payment for shipping.
