In order to thank its most loyal customers, maketis.com offers a loyalty points system that is accessible free of charge and without obligation.
Each time you make a purchase on our site, loyalty points are awarded to you, and you can then convert them into a discount voucher for a new order.

What is the loyalty points scale ?

Loyalty points are awarded for every €10 spent (excluding delivery costs and promotional products). Each point can be converted into a discount voucher: 1 point will be converted into 0.3 €, and can be used at any time for an order of at least 50 €.
Your loyalty points are validated when your order is delivered, and are cancelled if your order is cancelled.
After a purchase, the number and status of your points can be viewed by logging into "My account", under "My loyalty points".

What are the terms and conditions of award and use ?

Only registered maketis.com customers can collect loyalty points, which can only be used in our online shop. They are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or assigned between members.
They will not be refunded or allocated in the event of an order being totally or partially cancelled.
Maketis.com reserves the right to change the rate or conditions of awarding loyalty points at any time.
Loyalty points can be converted into discount vouchers at any time in the "My loyalty points" section of the customer area.
The discount voucher code generated is to be copied into your basket before payment, at the time of your next order of a minimum amount of €50.
